Description:
A small fresh goat’s milk cheese from the Piemonte region of northern Italy. This chesses is soft in texture and has a distinct yet subtle flavor of fresh goat’s milk. The outside the cheese is accented by aromatic mountain herbs and flowers. Another variety, topped with juniper ash, adds a black coating to the top for a visually striking finish.
