Description:
Obtained from heat-treated whole goat’s milk, it is semi-cooked; the interior is white, with small sparse eyes. Of great nutritional value and highly digestible. Excellent as a second course, or to round off a meal. It makes a nice grating cheese for those who appreciate a strong, tangy condiment on their pasta. The rind is smooth, of light brown colour.
