Description:
Monte Veronese, a DOP cheese from Veneto, is made from the milk of Pezzata Nera cows. Aged for a minimum of three months and up to two years, the cheese is firm, aromatic and tangy with flavors of nuts and butter. This version is aged in Durello, a wine typical of the region, which adds to the cheese a sweet, fruity component.
