Description:
These large, striking olives come from the Belice Valley in the South of Sicily known primarily for its production of olive oil. The vareity of Nocellara del Belice is notable for their brilliant green coloring, the olives are quite large and have a good flesh-to-pit ratio. The firm flesh is wonderfully fruity and full-flavored. Stored in brine, they are still quite mild.
