These delicate artichokes hearts are deliciously cured in oil for a succulent, sweet and fresh-tasting snack.  Superbly flavorful, they beong on any antipasto platter or cheese board.  Made by the family-run Anfosso company in Liguria northern Italy, these artichokes contain only the highest quality ingredients available.
