Dorset is a washed-rind, raw cow's milk cheese from Consider Bardwell Dairy in Vermont.  This award-winning cheese boasts a fruity, earthy orange rind and a buttery, yellow paste which highlights the fantastic grass-fed milk from local Jersey Girl farm, with which the cheese was made.  Aged three months, this cheese is complex and wonderful any time of year.
