Made with goats milk, it has a full flavor and smells like the herbs and flowers that the animals are fed. Rutulin is very nutritious and versatile and can be eaten as part of a cheese platter or with bread or polenta, vegetable tarts, grains and pasta dishes. The cheese is best stored at 4°c but is better eaten at room temperature. It comes in its natural flavor, rolled in fresh herbs or lightly aged with a white crust.
