Bertagni Truffle Cream Sauce

Fresh made pasta sauce, made in Italy











Cooking Instruction: 
BERTAGNI TRUFFLE CREAM SAUCE
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions
  2. Reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water
  3. Place Truffle Cream Sauce in a pan with a few TBSP of reserved pasta water
  4. Slowly heat over medium-low heat while stirring constantly. Do not boil the sauce
  5. Once sauce reaches a low simmer add cooked pasta and toss to combine
  6. If the sauce is too thick add small amounts of reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached, stirring to incorporate water after each addition
  7. Continue heating for an addition 1-2 minutes
  8. Serve
