
Fresca Italia Cacio e Pepe
Fresh made pasta sauce, made in Italy
Cooking Instruction:
FRESCA ITALIA CACIO e PEPE
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water.
- Place Cacio e Pepe Sauce in a pan with a few TBSP of reserved pasta water.
- Slowly heat over medium-low heat while stirring constantly. Do not boil the sauce.
- Once sauce reaches a low simmer add cooked pasta and toss to combine.
- If the sauce is too thick add small amounts of reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached, stirring to incorporate water after each addition.
- Continue heating for an addition 1-2 minutes.
- Serve.
