Fresca Italia Pesto alla Genovese
Fresh made pasta sauce, made in Italy
Cooking Instruction:
FRESCA ITALIA PESTO ALLA GENOVESE
- Place Pesto in a serving bowl
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- Drain pasta and reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water
- Add 1-2 TBSP of reserved pasta water to sauce and stir to incorporate
- If the sauce is too thick add small amounts of reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached, stirring to incorporate water after each addition
- Serve
