Fresca Italia Pesto alla Genovese

Fresh made pasta sauce, made in Italy










Cooking Instruction: 

FRESCA ITALIA PESTO ALLA GENOVESE

  1. Place Pesto in a serving bowl
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions
  3. Drain pasta and reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water
  4. Add 1-2 TBSP of reserved pasta water to sauce and stir to incorporate
  5. If the sauce is too thick add small amounts of reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached, stirring to incorporate water after each addition
  6. Serve
