Crafted in Lombardy from the famously rich milk of the Italian Mediterranean Buffalo, this delectable new Fresca Italia selection is best characterized by its signature burnished rind and luscious creamy paste.

Cut beneath the surface though, and Fresca Italia’s Blu di Bufala gives up a subtly nuanced tang with sweet and creamy undertones, and a mild yet complex blue finish.

Perfect paired with full bodied, red wines, chestnut honey, hot fruit chutney, truffle honey or fresh fruit such as peach and pears.
