
Fresca Italia Pesto alla Genovese
Fresh made pasta sauce, made in Italy
Cooking Instruction:
FRESCA ITALIA PESTO ALLA GENOVESE
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- Reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water
- Place Porcini Mushroom Sauce in a pan with a few TBSP of reserved pasta water
- Slowly heat over medium-low heat while stirring frequently
- Once sauce reaches a low simmer add cooked pasta and toss to combine
- If the sauce is too thick add small amounts of reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached, stirring to incorporate water after each addition
- Continue heating for an addition 1-2 minutes
- Serve
