A new offering from Fresca Italia, we have just started working with a small dairy from Cremona, a province of Lombardy in Northern Italy. Bringing together regional cheese making techniques and modern take on flavors, these cheeses take a cue from their French neighbors to the east while maintaining the quality and traditions of Lombardy.
Fresca Italia’s newest offering is a special two milk robiola. Unlike the typical blend of cow & sheep milk, this unique combination is cow and goat’s milk.  The result is a delicate and creamy paste with just enough earthy tanginess from the goat influence. Delicious and bright, this robiola is a new favorite.
