Produced with goat’s milk in the area of Trausello.  Tronchetto al Miele is made by lactic fermentation, aged in natural caves and finished with mountain honey.Tronchetto is the diminutive of Tronco – trunk or log of a tree. The honey acts as a foil to the assertive tang of the goat cheese.
