
Bertagni Tomato & Basil Sauce
Fresh made pasta sauce, made in Italy
Cooking Instruction:
BERTAGNI TOMATO & BASIL SAUCE
- Put a saucepan over medium heat
- Place Tomato & Basil Sauce in a saucepan and bring to a simmer
- Cook Pasta according to package directions and reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water when draining pasta
- Add drained, cooked pasta to saucepan with sauce and toss to combine
- If the sauce is too thick add small amounts of reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached, stirring to incorporate water after each addition
- Heat sauce and pasta together for 1-2 minutes
- Serve
