Bertagni Tomato Mascarpone Sauce

Fresh made pasta sauce, made in Italy









Cooking Instruction: 
BERTAGNI TOMATO MASCARPONE SAUCE

 

  1. Put a saucepan over medium heat
  2. Place Tomato Mascarpone Sauce in a saucepan and bring to a simmer
  3. Cook Pasta according to package directions and reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water when draining pasta
  4. Add drained, cooked pasta to saucepan with sauce and toss to combine
  5. If the sauce is too thick add small amounts of reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached, stirring to incorporate water after each addition
  6. Heat sauce and pasta together for 1-2 minutes
  7. Serve
